Our roles

setec opency provided scheduling, construction management and coordination (SCMC) services on behalf of RATP, the coordinator of the seven contracting authorities for the project.

The assignment covered the design and implementation phases (preliminary/detailed design, as well as assistance with bids, works supervision and acceptance) up to the commissioning of the tramway.

This involved two simultaneous roles:

  • Assisting RATP with the coordination of multiple contractors (overall scheduling and coordination)
  • Providing SCMC services for RATP’s own construction work

Each setec opency service followed RATP’s quality management plan, which required a monthly project and progress review.
