The project
As the owner of the rights of way to estates at Roissy and Orly airports, Groupe ADP enables a number of license holders to occupy the land:
Three estates are currently occupied:
- The EST estate in Roissy
- The CANA estate in Roissy
- The 6N estate in Orly
Groupe ADP imposes rules on the license holders, requiring them to pay the operating expenses incurred by the estates.
To manage these expenses in line with the owner’s requirements, the companies created an association, A.G.D.C.L.
A pro-rata account and supervisory board were also created for each estate.
Each account is managed by the association through the relevant supervisory board.
The expenses incurred on each account are shared on a pro-rata basis, considering the surface area allocated to each company.
