Our roles


setec opency is providing scheduling, construction management and coordination (SCMC) services in the design and implementation phases (preliminary/detailed design and assistance with bids, contracting, works supervision and acceptance) up to the commissioning of the tramway.

This assignment covers:

  • At the design and bid phase:
    • Setting up and monitoring the overall schedule
    • Setting up detailed schedules for the bid process
  • At the bid phase: helping analyze proposals
  • At the works supervision and acceptance stages: general and infrastructure SCMC (not including operator networks)
