Our roles

setec opency provided general scheduling, construction management and coordination (SCMC) services for the construction of the Tram Train 13 Express storage and maintenance site, as a co-contractor with setec ferroviaire on a general assignment for SNCF Mobilités:

• General planning of construction work on the storage and maintenance site (the site itself and the line systems interfacing with it)
• Identification and management of interfaces with the adjacent construction sites managed by other SNCF contractors
• Monitoring of implementation and inter-contract interfaces, as well as site preparation
• Provision of summaries, updates and planning reports for the project manager
• Coordination with the systems SCMC
• Organization of bi-monthly meetings to manage progress and the interfaces between the different contracts
• Monthly progress report and planning update if necessary
• Scheduling and monitoring of works acceptance at the end of the project
